ADA STATEMENT
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Town of Greeneville will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities in the Town’s services, programs, or activities.
ADA and Employment
The Town is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer. The Town does not discriminate based on disability in its hiring or employment practices and complies with all regulations set forth by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) under Title VII of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
ADA Accommodation
The Town will make all reasonable accommodations to provide aid and services to assist people who have speech, hearing, or vision impairments to be able to enjoy and participate in the Town’s programs, services, and activities.

The ADA does not require the Town to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.

The Town will not charge a fee to a person with a disability or any group of individuals with disabilities to cover the cost of providing auxiliary aids/services or other reasonable accommodations.
